ASINsense is a competitor review intelligence platform built for Amazon FBA sellers. It automatically monitors your competitors' product reviews, uses Claude AI to extract complaint themes, tracks those themes over time, and alerts you the moment a pattern spikes beyond your threshold.

How it works
Every night, ASINsense runs a fully automated pipeline:
- Fetch — Pulls the latest reviews from every competitor ASIN you're monitoring via Amazon scraper
- Normalize — Cleans and stores raw review data in a structured database
- Extract — Sends reviews through Claude AI, which identifies complaint themes in plain English
- Aggregate — Rolls theme data into 30, 60, and 90-day trend windows
- Evaluate — Compares current counts against prior periods and your configured thresholds
- Deliver — Sends you a plain-English alert with a specific recommended action if a threshold is crossed
